The BenQ Que Club tournament has finished day one, seeing eight teams progress from the group stage to the best-of-three knockout stage.
The $5,500 tournament featuring four groups of four teams where two from each would make it to the playoffs has finished its first day. 16 teams have been shaved down to just eight remaining, who on Saturday will duke it out in a single-elimination bracket, playing best of three matches.
Starting with Groups A and C, IMPULSE and the tournament favorites Que Club Dominium had no difficulties advancing in top spot without any losses. In Groups B and D there was a lot more action going on, where it all ended up with Assassins List topping Group B with a better round-difference than Smoke & Fly, while Group D saw the Malaysian team Karnal claim top spot in front of Millennium.
The playoffs will being at 17:00local time (15:00CET) and the matchups are as follows:
